Carlos Hope Sr.
Pastor Carlos Hope Sr. resides in Charlotte NC. He is the husband of Tonya Hope and a father of a God given family of four. Pastor Carlos Hope serves as the Founder and Senior Pastor of LOTAHOPE Ministries in Charlotte, NC. Pastor Carlos Hope is passionate about the divine calling on his life by God. Pastor Hope's desire is to fulfill Gods will everywhere and to anyone that has an ear, "let them hear what thus says the Lord". Pastor Hope believes in the God of the Holy Bible and stands by thinking outside of the box teaching and preaching of Gods word. His favorite sayings are “GOD is everywhere” and “Think outside box”. Pastor Hope has many favorite scriptures, but the one that he calls his favorite is Proverbs 3:5-6;
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he will direct thy paths". Pastor Hope will be forever thankful and grateful for the path of life that God has directed for him.

Executive Pastor
Tyareah Penn Sr., M.A.
Pastor Tyareah “Ty” Penn Sr. is a native of Winston Salem, NC. He is a graduate from Winston Salem Forsyth County school system. Pastor Ty Penn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry and Minor in Christian Counseling, Pastor Ty also has a Master of Arts in Sports Chaplaincy. He plans to go a little deeper and obtain a Master’s in Divinity. He is a father of five: Ty “Jay”, Daja, Tyra, Jada, Kyla, as well as a Papa to Grace he is a husband to one and only wife Kenya Penn. Pastor Ty Penn serves in the office of Founder and Pastor of Teach The People Ministries. A no Judgment program designed to Teach the People biblical principles and a clear understanding of God’s Purpose for their life. Pastor Ty Penn loves the Lord and his word. Ephesians 2:8 is his favorite scripture: We are saved by grace through faith. His favorite saying is not by man theology but by the Holy Spirit will you receive revelation.
Associate Minister
Roslyn Long
Min. Roslyn Long has been anointed and appointed by God to Preach and teach the word of God. She was born again at the tender age of
11 years young. Min Long surrendered her heart to God and received the call to preach and teach on an early Monday morning Nov 2 nd 1998. She received her license to the Gospel Ministry under the leadership of Rev. George Cook Jr. on January 10th 1999 at Greater Mt Sinai Baptist Church. She formally worked in the public school systems in Duluth, Ga and North Carolina as Asst. teacher and school nurse for 18yrs. Min. Long served under the leadership of Pastor Ronald L. Bowens at Friendship Baptist church in Duluth Ga. where she was a Sunday school teacher and women’s ministry servant leader. Min. Long has many favorite scriptures but to choose one it would be Coming from Psalms 34:1 “I will bless the Lord at all times His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” In His Service
